The Carrboro Art Committee is pleased to present an exhibit of poetry by poets who were part of 2005 Carrboro International Poetry Festival.
Carrboro, NC—The Carrboro Art Committee is pleased to present an exhibit of poetry by poets who were part of 2005 Carrboro International Poetry Festival. The exhibit, organized by the Carrboro Art Committee, is at the Carrboro Century Center and is free and open to the public.
The festival, organized by Carrboro Poet Laureate Patrick Herron, took place May 21 through May 22 and featured readings by poets from as far away as Canada and the west coast, as well from Carrboro, the Triangle area, and other parts of the state.
In addition to poems, the exhibit at the Century Center will include photos from the festival. The exhibit runs June 7 through June 30.
